C0035 Left front wheel speed sensor circuit

What C0035 means
The official name, "Left front wheel speed sensor circuit", has three parts: which corner of the car (left front), what is measured there (how fast that wheel is turning), and which part of it the code is about - the circuit, the sensor's electrical side, rather than the turning speed it reported. Every wheel has its own code in this range, right front, left rear and right rear each getting their own, so this one speaks for the left front corner alone. The C at the front puts it in the chassis group: brakes, steering, suspension.
This is a standard code. It means the same thing on every make of vehicle.
What the program shows for C0035
C0035 is one of the four example codes the program prints in its own Look up a code hint, so it can be typed in with no car attached. Neither the freeze frame tab, When it happened, nor the Full scan's All supported sensors section can add anything here: both list only gauges from the program's own list, and there is no per-wheel speed reading on it.
There are no ABS or steering readings on the Dashboard; the Vehicle speed gauge and the Trip screen's Distance and Average speed are worked out from the speed the engine computer reports over the diagnostic port. The Trouble Codes screen lists a C0 code with its standard name where the program has one, and Look up a code does the same offline and says whether a code is standard or manufacturer-specific. Recording a drive keeps the code list, so Compare shows whether the code is Gone, New or Still there between two drives.
