Privacy

The short version: the program does not collect anything, and nothing it reads from your car leaves your computer unless you ask the AI assistant to look at it.

The program

• No account, no sign-in, no telemetry, no analytics, no crash reporting to us.
• Recorded drives, settings and reports are written to your own computer, in a folder you choose. They are never uploaded anywhere.
• Your VIN, trouble codes and sensor readings stay on your machine. We never see them.
• The program never uploads what it reads from your car. Codes, readings, your VIN and your recorded drives all stay on your machine, and the whole diagnostic side works with the network unplugged.
• Two small things leave your computer, and nothing else. Your licence key: once when you activate it, and a quiet check when the program starts — the key on its own, no VIN, no codes, no readings. And a version check: when the program starts it asks our download server which version is current, so it can tell you when a newer one exists. That request carries no key, no VIN and nothing about you or your car, and you can turn it off under Settings › Version. The free version makes only the version check.
• The AI assistant is the one exception, and only when you press Ask: it sends the codes and readings on screen to the AI provider you chose (OpenAI or Anthropic), under your own account and key. Nothing is sent unless you press the button, and we never see any of it.

This website

• No tracking cookies and no advertising trackers.
• The web host keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, page, time) for security and traffic counts.
• If you buy, the purchase is handled by our payment provider, who is the seller of record. They collect the billing details needed for the sale and the tax on it. We never see or store your card.
• If you email support, we keep the email so we can answer it.
